I have spent more than two decades building and leading MedTech businesses across Asia Pacific with Medtronic, Stryker, Merit Medical, and BIOTRONIK as their Regional Marketing Director before founding TwoDoors.
At Medtronic, I moved from territory manager to regional cardiovascular marketing leader, launching first‑ and second‑generation drug‑eluting stents and advanced heart‑failure therapies across 10+ countries, while running KOL programs and large‑scale sales training.
At Stryker, as Strategic Marketing Director for Greater China, I led a 20‑person multi‑function team, managed broad surgical and ortho portfolios, acted as PMO for China strategy, and built mobile training centres reaching around 30 cities per year.
At Merit Medical, I created a new strategic marketing function for Asia, shaping GTM strategies and clinical‑evidence capabilities in cardiology, radiology, and peripheral vascular—and pioneering interventional oncology growth.
At BIOTRONIK, as APAC Marketing Director, I led CRM and vascular intervention portfolios, a 12‑person regional team, commercial‑excellence initiatives, and digital‑marketing transformation serving thousands of physician contacts.
