1. Inspiration from the “Lady with a Lamp“
作为一位曾经的临床医生,对于“提灯夫人”这一比喻可谓是心有戚戚焉。提灯夫人指的是南丁格尔,被公认为护理学的创始人,曾经通过其严格科学的管理措施,和细心温柔的护理方式,挽救了大批在战争中负伤的士兵,赢得了崇高的声誉。ICF的女性辅导教练,从三个方面唤起我对“提灯夫人“这一比喻的共鸣:首先,同样出自于女性独有的细腻温暖且带有感性的视角,使被辅导者充分感受到被关注和被理解的体验;其次,护理本身可能并不是直接治愈疾病的手段,但是她可以通过提升自身免疫力,降低感染风险等方法,让患者自我提升对抗疾病和加速康复的能力,这一点与辅导教练何其相似,解决问题最终要靠被辅导者自己,而教练则是那位提灯巡视,用灯光给予对方希望,指引方向的人;最后,与南丁格尔倡导的科学管理观念一样,女性辅导教练也善于把循证方法论和科学依据视作辅导工作的基础,在整个辅导过程中,被辅导者会接触到大量的科研著作,研究理论和文献数据,对于我这样接受过严格循证医学体系教育的被辅导者,很显然这样具备高度科学性的辅导课程更加具备指导性和激励能力。因此,不得不说,”提灯夫人“是一个绝佳的比喻,鼓舞人心。
2. Support and Guidance received
对我个人而言最大的转变促进是对于情绪在领导力中作用的理解。坦率讲在我迄今为止的职业生涯中,对于情绪领导力这一理念经历了三个阶段。第一阶段是从我开始成为带人经理,一直到大约五年前,此时我完全不接受情绪在领导力发挥中的作用,片面的崇尚“就事论事“,既无视情绪的存在,也无法应对情绪的改变;第二阶段是从大约五年前到本次辅导课程之前,经历了十多年的团队领导生涯之后,无论是个人的自我认知,还是从周围外界获取的反馈,都让我开始意识到人的因素,特别是情绪因素在领导力中的地位和重要性,此时我开始尝试理解情绪的力量,感知情绪的变化,并通过一些程式化的”套路“试图去管理情绪的影响。然而此时我对情绪领导力的理解依然是浅薄而流于表面的。经历过这次的辅导课程,我理解了情绪领导既是个人的,也是科学的,我们可以有体系地去理解情绪,感知情绪,接纳情绪,并且阅读情绪背后隐藏的真实想法,从而改善人际关系,提升领导力。情绪卡片是一个非常有用的工具,可以时时提醒我在日常工作中情绪反馈的重要性,并且逐渐学会如何去捕捉情绪背后不易被轻易发现,甚至容易造成误解的信息。
3. Transformation and Growth
Self-discovery是现在一个非常热门的话题,但是在接受这次ICF女性教练辅导之前,能够接触到的Self-discovery理念更多的只停留在工具界面,并且被娱乐化成为性格分析游戏,而无助于对自我认知的真正提升。这次辅导课程让我意识到,自我认知是一个科学的,体系化的过程—明确自我探索的目标,根据不同的目标选择合适的工具,全方位科学的解读分析结果,理解并接受自我现状同时梳理改变的方向,制定具体详细的IDP并且保证实施,唯有经过系统的分析、理解、接受、改变这一完整的过程,才能真正完善自我认知,充分理解自我的行为方式和优劣势,并且为自我提升奠定基础,这也是我从这次辅导课程中得到的最大收获之一。

1. Inspiration from the "Lady with a Lamp"
The coaching journey provided me with more insights about myself, my perspective and the possible limitations. It is like a lady with a lamp, providing more lights and opening a new door to have a better understanding and new perspective.
2. Support and Guidance Received
One example is that I had some negative feelings about my current work status and relationship with my boss. The coaching session helped me understand the drive behind the emotion, better acceptance of the emotion and then be able to take active actions.
3. Transformation and Growth:
The coaching journey I had with Lisa was a very helpful experience, which not only provided a safe space for me to share my dilemmas, but also helped me achieve better self acceptance and more courage to face my own vulnerability. More importantly, I can behave more like a normal human, not to criticize myself because of not being perfect (which is also non realistic), and have more easy and warm to treat others.
