My name is Elizabeth (Lisa) Wong
With over 25 years of global experience building high-performing healthcare teams across Vancouver, Singapore, San Francisco, and Hong Kong, Lisa has led the launch of breakthrough therapies with Medtronic, Stryker, Merit, and Biotronic. A recognized champion for women in leadership, she has consistently driven impact in traditionally male-dominated industries.
Now an Executive Coach for MedTech leaders and a doctoral researcher exploring the integration of Emotional and Artificial intelligence, she founded Two Doors Ltd. to bridge the gap between technical innovation and human-centered leadership. She loves turning ideas into impactful solutions with collaborative and affirming approaches - insight-driven leadership that holds both people and performance - She shows a pattern of trusting, nurturing people deeply, and stewarding influence strategically.
