Each page on this path encourages you to confront your own obstacles, analyze stakeholder styles, anticipate difficult conversations, and record how you handle them as you progress.

  • The 4R Principles: Recognition, Respect, Reconciliation, Resolve

  • The Challenge Map (inspired by Dr Basudar)

  • Dialect Styles: Result-driven, Relationship-driven, Rationale-driven approaches (Relationship Awareness Theory)

  • Dialogue Skills: Presence, Respect, Express, Suspend, Absorb (PRESA) (learnt from Potential Dialogue)

  • S.A.F.E. Steps: Share, Ask, Frame, Explore
