Lisa is the founder of TwoDoors Ltd and a MedTech leader with more than 25 years of experience across Vancouver, Singapore, San Francisco, and Hong Kong. She has held regional and global leadership roles with Medtronic, Stryker, Merit Medical, and BIOTRONIK — building teams, launching therapies, and growing commercial capability across Asia Pacific.
Today, she brings that experience into consulting, corporate training, and leadership development that is commercially grounded, people-centered, and future-focused.
